PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order with us at www.morofauchterarder.co.uk you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that we have received your order. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us and you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions. Completion of the contract between you and Mor of Auchterarder takes place upon dispatch of the items ordered unless you have notified us that you wish to cancel your order or we have notified you that we are unable to accept your order. Please ensure you keep your confirmation email as we may need you to refer to it should there be any issues with your order.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order.
In the unlikely case of an error on the website, we will try to contact you to resolve the issue but we reserve the right to correct any errors and inaccuracies, update any information and/or cancel orders where necessary without prior notice.
PRICING & DESCRIPTION
Prices quoted are retail. Mor of Auchterarder reserves the right to change the prices or technical specifications of the products within the website at any time without notice. All the product and price details listed in the Mor of Auchterarder brochure website are correct at the time of publication. We accept no liability for errors or omissions contained therein or resulting from the misuse of any of the information provided.
PAYMENT
We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards, or
via PayPal. Card payments are processed securely through payment portal Stripe.
Payment will be debited from your account prior to the order being dispatched to you. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In the event of a card refusal, we will not accept the order. In this case we will not be liable for delay or non delivery.
We will not have any access to your data that is exchanged
in connection with the purchase. All personal contact information is held
strictly confidential. We guarantee no other persons will have access to any of
your personal information or payment details.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
We will use our best endeavour's to comply with
any date given or requested but time for delivery is not guaranteed unless
specially agreed in writing to be the essence of the contract. In the absence
of such special agreement, we accept no liability whatsoever for any loss or
damage of any nature and howsoever arising which may be suffered by the
Customer as a result of any failure on the part of Mor of Auchterarder to
deliver goods within the dates or periods mentioned in the contract. Any
shortages should be notified 14 days from the date of posting.
At no cost to the customer Mor of Auchterarder will replace or correct goods damaged in transit providing we receive written notification of such damage & a photograph is provided within 14 days of the date of posting but not otherwise.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
In the unlikely event that you should need to cancel an order, please email us at hello@morofauchterarder.co.uk.
Please ensure that you include the following information:
Customer name, order number, date of order
If your order has already been dispatched you can return any item to us within 21 days of posting.
We may refuse a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
