Delivery & Returns


DELIVERY

PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY DELIVER TO MAINLAND UK, HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS OF THE UK.

NO INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY.

UK Standard delivery (3–5 working days)

• FREE for orders over £50

• £3.50 for orders under £50

• Orders will be delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding bank and public holidays)

• Collection from our shop in Auchterarder  (1–2 days) – FREE

Please make sure the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if this has been provided incorrectly.


RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase you can request a return within 14 days of delivery via email. You will have 14 days to return the goods to us. Please allow 5 - 10 working days for refunds to be processed once goods have been received.

Return postage to be paid by the customer. The goods should arrive in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.

We suggest you take out additional postal insurance with your provider. Please retain proof of dispatch, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEM/S

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please email us a photograph as soon as your parcel/item has been delivered/received (this must be within 7 days). The item must also be sent back to MÒR at the customers expense. 


REFUNDS

On the rare occasion a customer receives faulty or damaged goods they must notify us via email within 7 days, (please see above). Refunds will be processed after an agreement has been made between MÒR and the customer on what is best moving forward. You will receive an email notification confirming what has been agreed, however please allow 5 - 10 working days for your bank to show the funds. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. MÒR of Auchterarder upholds The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.
